Aries the Ram – A Strong and Confident Sign

Are you an Aries? Aries, known as the Ram, includes anyone whose birthday falls between the dates of March 21st to April 20th. It is also the first sign of the new zodiac year. Notice that this is not the same as the first month of a new year. What is interesting is that the start of the zodiac new year coincides with the first day of spring. The 21st of March is the Spring equinox. This follows the harmonic nature of the zodiac in that spring is a time of new beginnings and rebirth.

As an Aries, you’ll have certain traits and characteristics that are very much specific to your sign. I’ve often heard it mentioned that some of the main characteristics of an Aries are very similar to that of their namesake, the ram albeit a young one. Aries tend to be very strong and confident, often exhibiting signs of great courage. The flip side is that Aries can also be impulsive at times, occasionally jumping headfirst into situations where a little tact and restraint are called for.

Passion is one of the traits that typifies an Aries. When they’re into something, they don’t go half way. They jump in full force. They’re extremely intense and driven. And while this often has positive connotations, it can also be a negative. Some people are driven away by this intensity. It takes a special person to be a partner to an Aries. One that’s not afraid of extreme situations and emotions, and one that can flourish under those conditions.

As an Arian, your best career choices tend to be ones that require action and intensity. Athletes, police officers, firemen, doctors, and actors to name a few. One thing to keep in mind is that many famous Aries have done things that have completely changed the world. These people were the risk takers who weren’t worried about failure. So as you can see, sometimes it pays to take chances!

Aquarius – Generous and Compassionate Water Bearer

Is your sign that of the Aquarius? If so, you’re probably a very generous and compassionate person. An interesting piece of information that you may not know is that there really is an Age of Aquarius, and we are in it now!. Much like the signs of the zodiac break up a year, there are 2000 year blocks of time that break up human history. These eras of history started thousands of years ago and are still progressing. We’ve just moved from the last one, the Age of Pisces, into the Age of Aquarius. The Age of Pisces, began at the birth of Christ and just ended at the start of the 21st century. Because of this time frame, Pisces, the fish, is the symbol of Christianity.

So here were are, standing at the dawning of the Age of Aquarius! Since the water bearer is the symbol for Aquarius, and we know that the water bearer is very generous and compassionate, we should be optimistic and hope that the world changes for the best. Even though it may not seem like this is happening, remember we’re at war on several fronts, we need to keep in mind that this era will last for 2000 years. The Age of Aquarius is but a mere newborn in the grand scheme of things.

If you’re one of those people that are fortunate enough to call themselves Aquarians, those born between the dates of January the 20th to February the 18th, then you have some very interesting and positive traits. The first of which is that you’re ever optimistic. You see the big picture and work towards making the world a better place. You tend to be more intelligent than most people and take pride in the fact that you’re very inventive and resourceful. You freely provide your opinions and ideas, even when they may not be welcomed. One of the greatest traits of the Aquarius is their quirky nature. They’re often slightly eccentric, but most always in a good way. They’re big-hearted, compassionate, and generous to a fault.

So who makes a good match for an Aquarius? Instead of ruling out people based on their astrological sign, you should include people with the positive traits that you admire. First off, you should look for someone that shares your generous nature. Look for those people that make you a better person and share your dreams of making the world a better place!

A Horoscope Reading Doesn’t Have to Always be Serious, It Can Be FUN Too!

I love to read the horoscopes in magazines. I enjoy reading my own and my boyfriend’s. Since they’re not specifically written for me, I don’t put too much stock in them, but they’re really fun, and more often than not, they’re spot on.

As soon as my Cosmopolitan magazine comes in the mail each month, I flip to the horoscopes and read them aloud. I typically read mine first, then my boyfriend’s. Usually, we can share a laugh at the very least, and it’s a fun little thing to do together. I find it really interesting when it tells you about romantic compatibility as far as friendships and relationships are concerned. As luck would have it, our horoscopes say that we’re very compatible as lovers! But I really didn’t need a horoscope reading to know that!

Even though I think that the daily or monthly horoscopes are pretty accurate, I think that the individual Zodiac sign readings themselves are very good. They are especially good at describing a person based solely on when they were born. For example, I’m a Sagittarius, and I think that I have many of the typical traits and characteristics of that sign. I would say that I’m reliable and trustworthy, and I’m definitely an optimist—all common in Sagittarius descriptions. I also have quite a temper and am very impatient, which are some common flaws of people born under this sign.

Overall, I don’t think you should let horoscopes and Zodiac signs rule your life, but they’re interesting to read and something to keep in mind for sure. More often than not, at least for me, they’re extremely accurate and provide some great feedback into where my life could be heading.

Getting your horoscope from Tarot card readings, on the other hand, seems eerily accurate sometimes. My cousin got really into Tarot cards years ago and she used to read my horoscope for me all the time. their quality of a tarot reading definitely varies, but sometimes it’s so spot on that it’s scary! Obviously, you can’t become totally paralyzed and consumed by what their forecasts are for your life, but I think that it’s something to keep in mind when you’re making important choices.

Sometimes, she would help me make important decisions using the cards. She also had a friend that would call and ask for readings all the time before making they made any major decisions. Generally, though, I feel pretty much the same way about Tarot cards as horoscope reading; Use it to help enhance your life, and have fun with it!
